DAY ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS

The Finnish CP Association organises day activities in accordance with the Act on Assistance and Services for the Disabled (380/1987) for those adult members living in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area who are not engaged in full-time studies or employment.

On average, about 12 participants come to the centre daily, while the weekly number amounts to approximately 30. The day activity centre  has a staff of 6: manager of the day activity centre, an instructor, and four assistants.

The activity is funded by municipal payment agreements.
